Classic Chai Tea with Georgian & Assam Black Tea 50g

 A delightful blend of Assam black tea and Georgian black tea, combined with aromatic spices like cinnamon, pepper, ginger, cloves, cardamom, and pink peppercorns. This chai offers a comforting, flavorful experience with rich, spicy aromas. The brewed tea has a warm copper color and a classic, cozy taste.

For a true masala chai experience, enjoy it with milk and sugar.

Ingredients: Georgian black tea*, Assam  black tea*, cinnamon*, pepper*, ginger*, cloves*, cardamom*, pink peppercorns*.

Preparation Methods

Hot Tea:
Infuse 2g of tea leaves per 100ml of filtered water at 80°C for 3 to 5 minutes.

 

Homemade Chai Latte

Instructions:

1. Boil the tea mix: In a saucepan, bring 120 ml water to a simmer and 2 tsp or 10g Classic Chai Tea with Georgian & Assam Black Tea. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add Milk & Sweetener: Pour in 25ml milk (cow or plant based) and honey, then heat gently without boiling. Stir in vanilla if using.
3. Strain & Froth: Remove from heat, strain into a cup, and froth with a whisk or milk frother.
4. Serve: Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
