  • Temperature: 95–96°C
  • Steep: 2–3 minutes

Gongfu Style

  • Tea: 5–6 g per 100 ml
  • Temperature: 95–96°C

First infusion: 20–25 seconds

Increase each following infusion by 10–15 seconds.

Most teas can be brewed 5–8 infusions.
