Tie Guan Yin Gande Nong Xiang

Oolong «Tie Guanyin Nongxiang» spring harvest of 2021 from Gande District (Anxi County) made by nongxiang technology (light fermentation, moderate heating).

In appearance: medium-sized, green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with fruity notes. The aroma is high and tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined, full-bodied and sweet, oily, with a fine fruity sourness and long, lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.

Oolong «Tie Guanyin Nongxiang» is a great choice for a gongfucha style: refined, multi-faceted and long.
