Start your Sunday with a moment of calm and mindfulness.

On Sunday mornings we invite you to slow down through a different mindful practice. From meditation and mindfulness to yoga or sound healing, every session offers a gentle opportunity to reconnect with yourself mindfully before the week begins.

Held in the peaceful atmosphere of Moychay Tea Culture Club, these mornings invite you to cultivate presence, balance, and inner stillness. No previous experience is needed—simply come as you are.

13 September — Kundalini Practice & Pu-erh Tea Tasting Ceremony
We’ll breathe out stress and fatigue, chant mantras, meditate and reconnect with our energy. When your inner energy is strong and balanced, your tolerance to stress naturally rises. It doesn’t remove challenges — it changes your relationship to them. With a cup of rich, earthy Pu-erh tea, we let everything integrate in calm presence. Come as you are.

20 September — Mindfulness & Tea Ceremony
A mindful morning of tea, contemplation, sensory awareness and presence. We’ll explore the art of simply being, allowing space for stillness and inner observation. Through a short reflection inspired by the Tao Te Ching, we leave the space with a new, refreshed perspective to take with us and implement into our daily lives. 

27 September — Cha Dao Meditation & Tea Ceremony
Connect to your true natural rhythm through several rounds of tea, shared silence, and slowing down to fully receive the present moment. Through the meditative practice of Cha Dao, we’ll bring our attention to the tea, the senses, the breath, and the space between each moment. As the mind becomes quieter, we create room to simply observe, listen, and be. With each infusion, we return to ourselves and to the natural rhythm of the present.
