• Tea: 3–5 g
• Water: 200 ml

White Tea: 85°C • 1-2  min
Black Tea: 90–95°C • 2–3 min
Oolong: 95°C • 2–3 min
Shu Pu-erh: 96°C • Rinse first, then brew 2–3 min
