Alishan Gaba Oolong SHQ

"Alishan Gaba Oolong SHQ" was made at the territory of the Alishan natural reserve in central, alpine Taiwan. During the treatment, tea leaves passed through multistage vacuum fermentation and long heating on charcoal.

Dry leaf: medium-sized, spherically twisted brown pellets. The aroma is warm, balsamic with biscuit hints. The liquor is transparent, hazelnut color.

The bouquet of brewed tea is multifaceted and warm, woody-and-spicy, with fruity, biscuit, coffee, cognac and chocolate notes. The aroma is deep and warm, complex. The taste is rich and soft, sweetish, a bit spicy, with a fruity sourness and refined cocoa bitterness, transforming into refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 7-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
